These terms will apply to all your purchases of items from the our store, whether you are ordering online or by telephone. Please read this document carefully before placing your order.

Payment

You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, or by phone. We will take all reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure.

Your agreement with us

We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible, either by email (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order.

In effort to keep this planet beautiful, TotalBlender.Com is proud to announce the savvy way to view your receipts. No longer will you or I shuffle our way through useless paper stolen and peeled away from Mother Earth. Instead, we give you the alternative: eReceipts.

For you eReceipts may stand for electronic receipts but for us, eReceipts stand for Earth Receipts. Everyone becomes a candidate for Earth Receipts. After every purchase, customers properly receive a detailed invoice via email.

Besides saving trees, why else are eReceipts effective? As oppose to the usual question, 'What did I do to that paper?' eReceipts stay in one place, your email inbox. Also, in case you did feel the need to have them printed, you can print them straight from your computer to your printer. If for some reason you delete your email send us an email and we will send one to you asap.

Because we do understand that the world will probably never go paperless entirely, and because we don't like to see upside-down smiles, by request only, we will gladly mail out your order with an invoice. However, per RawGuru.Com, we kindly ask that you remember to recycle! Thank you! 

Shipping Policy

We use UPS or Fedex ground for most of our equipment items. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays. If you need an item sooner please call for shipping rates. Saturday overnight delivery possible with extra surcharge. Shipping is Free for all equipment to the USA only. For international orders we ship by USPS air mail and mark your package as gift with low value. Shipping outside of the US for a blender is about $40.00-$55.00. We can not ship to a PO BOX by regular methods. If you want us to ship to your po box it will be $30.00 extra to your order.

Tracking Numbers

When you place an order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. This service is for guidance only, and although every effort is made to give accurate information we cannot guarantee delivery on the exact date mentioned by this system.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price.

Cancellations and returns

You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. All purchases on food items are final!

If you wish to return any equipment item, you must keep them in the condition they were delivered. NEW. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There will be an additional charge of 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned.

Any orders canceled before equipment delivery will be reimbursed with a maximum $10.00 deduction if order was placed by a credit card.

This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
